Service Alteration
The owner may change the contents of this application without notifying users.
The owner may terminate this application at any time. The owner will notify users in the way designated by the owner.
Prohibited Acts
Users are prohibited from doing the following:
Acts that violate laws, regulations, ordinances, agreements, etc.
Acts related to criminal activity
Acts that hinder the operation of this application
Acts that infringe the rights of other users or third parties
Other acts that the owner deems inappropriate
Disclaimer
The owner shall not be responsible for any data loss or malfunction caused by the use of this application.
The owner shall not be liable for any damage suffered directly or indirectly by the user in connection with the provision of this application.
Changes to the Agreement
When the owner deems it necessary, the owner may change the contents of this agreement without notifying users. The changed agreement will take effect when it is posted on this application or a website designated by the owner.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Japanese law applies to the interpretation of this agreement. For disputes arising from this agreement, the court located in the owner’s domicile is the court of exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
