OpenTalkie is a communication app provided by iMobSoft. This Privacy Policy explains how OpenTalkie handles information when users use the app.
Information We Use
OpenTalkie may use account information, profile information, messages, room participation data, device information, push notification tokens, images selected by the user, microphone audio, camera video, and connected-device button events when needed to provide app features.
Camera
OpenTalkie uses the camera permission only for user-initiated features such as video calls, taking or selecting profile-related images, and scanning QR codes. The camera is not used in the background without user action.
Microphone
OpenTalkie uses the microphone permission to provide voice room and push-to-talk communication features. Microphone access is used only when the user joins or uses communication features that require audio.
Photos and Images
OpenTalkie may access images when the user chooses an image for profile or chat-related features. The app does not scan the user’s media library in the background.
Connected Devices
OpenTalkie may use connected Bluetooth headset or external push-to-talk device button events to start or stop push-to-talk actions while the user is in an active voice room.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide communication, authentication, room participation, notifications, profile, chat, and app reliability features. OpenTalkie does not sell personal information.
Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, such as hosting, authentication, database, storage, notification, and real-time communication providers. Information is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide requested app features, comply with law, or protect the service.
Security

利用する情報
OpenTalkie は、アプリ機能を提供するために、アカウント情報、プロフィール情報、メッセージ、ルーム参加情報、デバイス情報、プッシュ通知トークン、ユーザーが選択した画像、マイク音声、カメラ映像、接続デバイスのボタン操作情報を利用する場合があります。
カメラ
OpenTalkie は、ビデオ通話、プロフィール関連画像の撮影または選択、QR コードの読み取りなど、ユーザーが明示的に開始した機能を提供するためにのみカメラ権限を使用します。ユーザー操作なしにバックグラウンドでカメラを使用することはありません。
マイク
OpenTalkie は、音声ルームおよびプッシュトゥトーク機能を提供するためにマイク権限を使用します。マイクへのアクセスは、ユーザーが音声を必要とするコミュニケーション機能を利用する場合に限られます。
写真と画像
OpenTalkie は、ユーザーがプロフィールやチャット関連機能のために画像を選択した場合に画像へアクセスすることがあります。ユーザーのメディアライブラリをバックグラウンドでスキャンすることはありません。
接続デバイス
OpenTalkie は、ユーザーが音声ルームに参加している間、Bluetooth ヘッドセットまたは外部プッシュトゥトークデバイスのボタン操作を、プッシュトゥトークの開始・終了操作に利用する場合があります。
情報の利用目的
情報は、コミュニケーション、認証、ルーム参加、通知、プロフィール、チャット、アプリの信頼性向上のために使用されます。OpenTalkie は個人情報を販売しません。
